Surjer Hashi Network (SHN) arranged a strategic discussion with top-performing clinics that was held at a conference center in Uttara, Dhaka, on 21 November 2024.
The event featured a keynote address by the CEO of SHN, where she outlined key strategic guidelines focusing on enhancing service quality, operational excellence and improving clinics’ performance. Senior officials from the SHN’s headquarters also shared their insights during the event and guided clinic managers to overcome performance barriers.
The session involved reviewing various key metrics to identify SHN clinic’s present scenario. Additionally, a strategic discussion was held to address challenges and explore actionable strategies aimed at further elevating service quality, service performance, customer footfall, operational efficiency and revenue across the network.
