A team of senior officials of USAID visited Cox’s Bazar and Ramu Surjer Hashi Clinics on the 23rd and 25th of May 2023 respectively. The visitors, including Marvin Crespin Gamez, Deputy Director, USAID/OPHN, Md. Abul Kalam, Global Health Security Specialist, USAID/OPHN, and Liza Talukder, Project Management Specialist, USAID/OPHN, talked to patients and listened to their experiences and perception about SHN clinics’ services. They also met clinic managers, lab technicians, doctors, and other service providers during the visit.

The team was accompanied by Dr. Mostafa-Al-Naim, Service Delivery Specialist, SHN, and Mr. Waqarul Haque, Technical Advisor, Client Experience and Acquisition, AUHC. The visitors expressed their satisfaction over the overall management of the clinics.
