Management of Surjer Hashi Network (SHN) organized a day-long strategic discussion titled ‘Surjer Hashi Power Team Meeting’ with its clinic representatives on 24 May 2025 in Uttara, Dhaka. The meeting aimed to advance the network further toward long-lasting sustainability.

Ms. Shaila Purvin, CEO and Managing Director of Surjer Hashi Network, along with Mr. Md. Shohel Rana, FCA, General Manager, Finance and Accounts, and Mr. Md. Yusuf Abdul Noor, Deputy General Manager, Revenue, presented strategic decisions and directions to achieve a long-lasting impact. The CEO strongly emphasized building local markets for sustainable growth by identifying potential patients in their communities.

Senior officials including Dr. Nakul Kumar Biswas, General Manager, Clinical Services; Colonel (Retd.) Mohammad Iftekharul Haque, General Manager, Operations; Mr. Amal Kumar Biswas, Deputy General Manager, Coordination; Mr. Md. Nurul Absar, In Charge, HR & OD; Mr. Manoranjon Mandal, Senior Manager, Internal Audit and Compliance; Mr. Sushanta Kumar Chakravarty, Head of IT; Mr. Gazi Mohammad Tanvir Mostafa, Head of Marketing drew attention of clinic managers to building a robust system of operation by ensuring responsiveness to client demand, quality services, regularity of technical staff and real time data input requirement of the headquarters. Local level accountability was emphasized for a long-lasting sustainability.
