With a focus on mother and child healthcare, and family planning, SHN is gradually expanding into general health services. The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Headquarters.
Relationships:
- Directly reports to General Manager, Clinical Services.
- Other major interactions: Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager, Clinical services, Clinic Managers.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Closely observe service quality of the clinics following the quality monitoring checklists.
- Check whether the clinics maintaining IPC (Infection Prevention & Control)/ cleanliness of clinic premises.
- Randomly check patient files and other relevant documents in clinics.
- Interview customers and attendants record to get customers perception about SHN’s service quality.
- Observe services provided at SHN Satellite spots.
- Upload visit findings in online database and prepare summary report for line supervisor.
- Perform any other task as and when assigned by the authority.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Work experience in clinic monitoring will be preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Time Management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suits (Word, Excel, and Power point).
- Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
