Although it primarily aims to serve the underprivileged, SHN is committed to improving the health and welfare of all groups irrespective of their income, gender, and age. With a focus on mother and child healthcare, and family planning, SHN is gradually expanding into general health services. The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Headquarters.

Relationships:

  • Directly reports to General Manager, Operations.
  • Working relationship: Deputy Manager/Manager, Admin, Clinical Services, Coordination.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the SHN HQ and Regional office.
  • Oversee all service & maintenance contracts, monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery and other consumables.
  • Assist with the organization of meetings and events on and off site as directed, which may include helping admin to coordinate arrangements for meetings, visits, workshops, and conferences etc. File and retrieve legal documents, administrative records.
  • Ensure internal and external compliance in administration processes.
  • Work as a team player with cross functions for smooth operation.
  • Assist Manager Admin in administrative procurement.
  • Carry out any other task assigned by General Manager, Operations and Manager, Admin.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Age at least 28 years
  • Knowledge about asset and rent agreement, clinic license management, general administration. Preference will be given to the candidate having multi-tasking abilities and dynamic attitude. Skilled in administration areas in large corporate/NGOs, preferably in health service operations management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with multidimensional teams. Must be able to travel extensively within the country under tight deadline.
  • Willingness to accept and discharge substantial responsibilities, able to prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines, and to exercise professional judgment.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others) internet and cloud-based software (MS SharePoint, Google Suite, Google Drive etc).
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English, Bangla.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in any relevant subject or MBA.
