OVERVIEW

Surjer Hashi Network (SHN) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Its mission is to offer high-quality, customer-oriented, and affordable healthcare services for all Bangladeshis, while its vision is to grow into a sustainable enterprise.  Although it primarily aims to serve the underprivileged, SHN is committed to improving the health and welfare of all groups irrespective of their income, gender, and age. SHN’s main focus is on mother and child healthcare, and family planning. The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI, Dengue screening, Covid-19 and cervical cancer vaccination efforts.  SHN is further expanding into general health services specially in the urban areas, where it is contemplating providing technical support to the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) in its upcoming health projects. To fulfill this objective and to provide services to the government health project in Dhaka, Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above-mentioned position.

Work relationships:

Directly reports to General Manager, Clinical Services.

RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Ensure compliance of SHN service performance KPI and develop monitoring framework, tools and plan against KPIs and roll them at the SHN.
  • Maintain routine reporting deadline in compliance with SHN service base KPI for smooth functional effectivity.
  • Monitor each team member is aligned with the performance against the agreed operational plan, competency framework and Key Performance Indicators and ensure that the performance gaps are identified and resolved through on time reporting.
  • Ensure regular update of the PMP indicator framework and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly progress report.
  • Assist SHN Management team to conduct periodic program review and diagnose the service KPI along with financial viability and provide Business Analytical support to SHN Management team.
  • Analyze outcomes and impacts of the project and gave time to time feedback to the stakeholders for keeping track on the project activities.
  • Provide necessary input to MIS in developing database and information storage mechanisms.
  • Provide technical inputs to concern stakeholders and project driven studies such as baseline, Mid-Term Review, end line evaluation, evaluation, impact assessment etc.
  • Collaborate across SHN to expand the use and implementation of appropriate data analytic techniques to enhance the use of business /financial data for effective decision making.
  • Contribute to develop a data driven analytical culture.
  • Work with the Senior Manager-Finance and Accounts, Manager-Clinical Services, Clinic Managers and other SHN staff to diagnose and implement strategies for corrective actions in cases where financial and service targets are falling short.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge of programmatic MIS platform.
  • Understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation Logical Framework, M&E Management System, Research, Reporting, Module Development.
  • Understanding of developing user-friendly analytical tools and tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others
  • Experience in health service delivery preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and write report Bangla and English, lead presentations, training courses, and meetings
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Batchelor's / Master degree in any subject. Academic background in Computer Science & Engineering or Statistics, Sociology, Economic will be preferred.
