The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Headquarters.


  • Directly reports to General Manager, Clinical Services.
  • Other major interactions: Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager, Clinical Services, Clinic Manager and Technical staff at clinic level.
  • Conduct TNA (Training Need Assessment) and skill evaluation and recommend appropriate trainings for the technical team at clinic level.
  • Develop training materials and organize training sessions.
  • Develop an annual training plan in coordination with HQ clinical services team.
  • Collect latest resources and best practices to facilitate trainings.
  • Collect and customize different health-related social and behavior change communication (SBCC) materials for inclusion in the training modules.
  • Organize and facilitate basic & refresher training sessions on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a records of training database and prepare reports on conducted trainings, and workshops.
  • Follow up on performance progress of the participants.
  • Facilitate hands-on training for weak performers and prepare performance improvement plan for them.
  • Assist clinical service lead in preparing departmental reports.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the management as and when necessary.
  • Experience preferably in the areas of capacity building and learning system management.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suits (Word, Excel, and Power point).
  • Knowledge in training cycle (planning to evaluation) and contemporary training methods.
  • Excellent communication, smart presentation and training/workshop facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.

  • MBBS or Bachelor’s in any relevant discipline.
