With a focus on mother and child healthcare, and family planning, SHN is gradually expanding into general health services. The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Headquarters.

Relationships:

  • Directly reports to Deputy General Manager, Revenue
  • Working relationship: GM-Clinical Services, GM-Operation, DGM-Revenue, DGM-Coordination, Clinical Services Team
RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including patient flow, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
  • Oversee clinic staff, including hiring, training and utilization of human resources.
  • Supervise Zonal Manager, Clinic Manager and Officer-Accounts and Admin to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Monitor regularity of critical staff specially CM’s, Officer-Accounts and Admin and Doctors.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction, appointment waiting time, and staff productivity, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the clinic budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Track inefficiency and control expenses.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting clinic operations, and implement appropriate updates as needed.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 08 years of proven experience in healthcare management or clinic operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
