The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Clinics.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Complete Blood Count (CBC), Bleeding Time (BT), Clotting Time (CT).
- Routine Urine Examination (RME).
- Routine Stool Examination (RME).
- Gram Staining.
- Acid-Fast Bacilli (AFB) examination on Sputum.
- Blood Grouping and Rh Typing.
- Random Blood Sugar (RBS).
- Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), Anti-Hepatitis C Virus (Anti-HCV).
- Providing diagnostic reports and managing stock inventory.
- Specimen testing as per SOP.
- Maintaining equipment and reagents.
- Reporting routine and urgent tests and on time delivery of reports.
- Recording and storing of laboratory data.
- Maintaining health and safety regulations – infection prevention and waste disposal practices.
- Indenting for lab-ware and consumables.
- Must oblige by MCP, TIAHRT and Helms policy and maintain it strictly.
- Compiling activity reports and submitting them to relevant authorities.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of sample collection, preparation, and testing procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in shifts and remote locations if required.
- Experience in clinical data recording and reporting.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Medical Technology
- Diploma in Medical Technology completed from any institute approved by BTEB or The State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh.
