OVERVIEW
Background. Surjer Hashi Network (SHN) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Its mission is to offer high quality, customer-oriented and affordable healthcare services for all Bangladeshis, while its vision is to grow into a sustainable enterprise. Although it primarily aims to serve the underprivileged, SHN is committed to improve the health and welfare of all groups irrespective of their income, gender, and age. With a focus on mother and child healthcare, and family planning, SHN is gradually expanding into general health services. The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts.
The Internship will be a fixed-term contract for 03 months.
Work relationships:
- Reports to In-Charge, HR.
- Other major interactions: Clinic Manager and Officer, Accounts and Admin, IT and Finance and Accounts, HQ Clinical Services department.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Assist line manager in different human resource functions such as Leave attendance and travel management in HRIS.
- Collect weekly and monthly roster data of clinic employees and update in HRIS on a regular basis.
- Monitor daily employee attendance through HRIS and find out the absenteeism rate of clinics.
- Check employee personnel file and database to update in HRIS.
- Coordinate and manage HR operations related tasks with different types of Clinics.
- Work with the HR team in completing final settlements.
- Review employee time sheet for the assigned clinics/ regions.
- Assist preparing different types of HR Reports
- Collect and provide feedback for any kinds of HRIS related queries.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suits (Word, Excel, and Power point)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Knowledge of Labor law and practice
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- BBA/ MBA in Human Resources or any other relevant subjects.
