With a focus on mother and child healthcare, and family planning, SHN is gradually expanding into general health services. The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Headquarters.

Relationships:

  • Directly reports to Senior Manager, Procurement.
  • Other major interactions: Senior Manager, Deputy Manager, Clinic Manager and Officer, Accounts and Admin.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Assist in strategic inventory planning & action plan for pharmacy on monthly/weekly basis. The objectives are cost savings and stock optimization, inventory management etc.
  • Analyze and recommend alternatives to reduce inventory holding cost, logistic cost through optimized inventory flow.
  • Manage and execute procurement of consumer items for pharmacy.
  • Search for new source/vendors, products which are required for pharmacy business growth.
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations as required.
  • Carry out other assignments as advised by the supervisor.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • FMCG/Pharmaceuticals experience will be preferable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience of building excellent. working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suits (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizing and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Excellent communication and smart presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor in any discipline or B. Sc in Engineering.
