Corporate Communication Manager


Surjer Hashi Network (SHN) is a not-for-profit company. Its mission is to offer high quality, customer-oriented and affordable healthcare services for all Bangladeshis, while its vision is to grow into a sustainable enterprise.  Although it primarily aims to serve the underprivileged, SHN is committed to improving the health and welfare of all groups irrespective of their income, gender, and age. With a focus on mother and child healthcare, and family planning, SHN is gradually expanding into general health services. The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Headquarters.

No. of Vacancies
  • Liaise with international donors and local corporate houses for CSR contribution.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in developing the brand and promotional plan to create awareness and increase customer footfall at SHN clinics.
  • Support clinics with promotional materials in implementing local-level campaigns and other promotional activities.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in implementing marketing strategies (4Ps).
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in various market research initiatives and help analyze trends for business decisions.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in controlling and tracking the marketing (advertisement and promotional budget) budget expenditures and submitting monthly budget expenditure reports.
  • Assist the head of Marketing in the preparation of a cost-effective marketing budget.
  • Work closely with advertising agencies, media agencies, and production houses to develop marketing materials and implement campaigns.
  • Submit weekly and monthly activity reports to the supervisor.
  • Carryout other assignments as advised by the supervisor.
  • Experience in private or social business management with at least 1-2 years in brand management.
  • Experience in 4P Marketing Management starting from product development to promotion.
  • Experience in the health sector will give an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of managing ATL, BTL, and low-cost digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Extensive experience in managing advertising agencies and media management.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizing and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suits (Word, Excel, and Power point).
  • Excellent communication and smart presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
Job Nature
Contractual (Renewable upon performance)

  • Masters/ MBA with a major in Marketing or relevant discipline.
