Although it primarily aims to serve the underprivileged, SHN is committed to improving the health and welfare of all groups irrespective of their income, gender, and age. With a focus on mother and child healthcare, and family planning, SHN is gradually expanding into general health services. The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Clinics.
The clinic services personnel will ensure that the services are patient and family focused, assumes overall responsibility for the provision of health services in all SHN outlets by establishing and directing the implementation of SHN’s medical and clinical policies and procedures, quality of care and patient safety approaches, including implementing an approach for reporting and preventing adverse events.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
Governance & Oversight
- Ensure all clinics follow clinical protocols and treatment guidelines.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs, clinical standards, infection prevention and control.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives at clinic level.
- Provide corrective action when standards are not met.
- Investigate adverse events and recommend appropriate actions.
- Conduct regular clinical mentoring, supportive supervision and skills development.
- Facilitate training needs assessment and plan continuous professional development of clinic based technical staff.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support.
- Keep staff updated with new policies, tools and clinical practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- Patient outcomes,
- Service coverage,
- Quality scores,
- Compliance indicators
- Analyze facility data and ensure timely reporting
- Implement QA/QI plans and follow-up actions.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Recent service provider experience in maternal child health, including labor and delivery including cesarean sections, or family planning.
- Experience working with private health service delivery preferred.
- Willingness to spend a minimum of 60% of time working in SHN clinics.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing in both Bangla and
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).
