A special training on human resource development was organized for all clinic managers and head office staff of Surjer Hashi Network on 1st June 2023. The training was conducted by Mr. Nur E Alam Faisal, HR consultant. The participants had an interactive discussion on several aspects of professionalism, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a positive mindset and responsible attitude. A combination of games, video clips, and constructive discussions made the training more participatory and enjoyable.
